help with NHL betting

I dont know too much of NHL betting but I was just looking at a wager on 5D.
I see
Chicago Blackhawks (1st 60 min) spread (-1/2) at -110 and ML at -190 (1st 60 min) as well.

Tell me isn't this the same, -1/2 and ML?

if game goes to OT in either case the wager is lost right?

if no OT and chi leads by 1 the wager is won.

I know I must be missing something, but what is it?

ML -190 1st 60min = if game is tied at end of reg it's a push

spread -1/2 = if game is tied at end of reg it's a loss
