Call me stupid, but I'd take BOS with +9' for any amount you want up to and including $100,000 U.S. dollars. I accept neteller/netteller (been a while since used it but it's still functioning), paypal, money-orders and bank checks (cashiers check). I'll even give you 4:1 odds - meaning all you have to do is put up $25,000. You have SJ, I have BOS +9'. Let me know by 6pm EST if you want to lose your money.
