Kings v Devils

After having upset the Caps (given the Caps' tardy 1st period performance) the Kings look poised to do the same to the Devils.

This is not coming from some trend or stat monitoring.

They just played darn too well against the Caps to be a let down against the Devils.

Again I dont know of any historical grudges between these two teams for the Devils to go that extra bit nitro to ensure a win in the early periods.

I hate to parlay this with the other low-hanging fruit in play today ( Wash, SJ and Calgary)

But I'd hate even more if L.A. does win and I didn't parlay.

I dont know about the history of Parlay wagering but the tooth pick who came up with it sure didn't know the agony he was going to put a lot of people through.

All the agony to all those people who never get it right for the sake of the rare dude who does the $10 play on like 16 lines to win some $18000

Thats music to my ears.

The Kings are red hot, and at +170 there does seem to be a bit of value. And, if there is any added "motivation", it'll be from the Kings side as the Devils came into LA and absolutely spanked the Kings 5 - 1 about a month ago.

My gut tells me the Kings are going to drop this game... they've played at such a high level for 7 straight games, they are bound to have a let down sooner or later... but again, at +170, they are worth a shot.

And if Calder, Handzus, and Stoll keep chipping in and taking the pressure off of Brown/Kopitar/O'Sullivan/Frolov... this team will remain dangerous night in and night out.
