Leafs are a solid play tonight... nothing like DEN bronco's on any day of the week.. but.. for day one.. Leafs are known to come out hot! Last few years anyways.. and they beat Habs 3-2 last season series.. going 13-2 in those 3 wins for goal diff.

I like Panthers, I leaning at over 2.5 tt goals for them. Dallas D are slow, Florida has speed for sure. Dallas second line will lose a lot of battles. I'm considering Panthers ML but I want to see how Thomas is performing....

I'm hoping that penguins wins tonight, i'm on them -0.5. I'm really jealous that you can see it live. The game is 1 am swedish time here, so will see it live on the TV.

Neal is unknown, game time decision. I hope they play Jokineen in second line with Malkin. They looked deadly and found each other well on the ice during their training camp game against Colombus.

I also believe it will be low scoring, New Jersey have their style which gets to penguins, Defense look in tact for Devils. I think game will be something like 3 - 1 or so to pens. I HOPE HOPE HOPE that Fleury gets a good start tonight. All the shit that was going on last playoff I don't care what the score is, as long as Fleury has a solid performance.

This. Also don't forget Letang is out too, so the Pens will lose a lot of their offensive fast-breaks. The Devils are the king of the trap play, and it drives the Pens nuts. I expect to see a lot of dump and chase tonight from both ends.

Actually I think not having Letang in a trap system is better. This sounds weird, but Letang like the breakout passes and he sometimes misses and rush it and the trap will turn into turnover for Devils and score.

The trick as always against Devils (MORE then any other team) is to score first. If Devils gets the first goal the game will be locked down.

Olli Maatta will be in instead of Letang, I really like this kid, and think he will be a top 4 d-men in the near future. It will be very exciting to see him tonight.

If I wasn't a penguins fan I would probably see a lot of good value in Devils -0.5 but I can't go against my team.

I am strongly considering keeping probably 90% of my plays this year on Pens games. If that's the case, I think we see a very high hit percentage.

Yep, I had plenty of stats last season where nearly all games won by the Pens were by multi-goal differentials. I was on those last year, and I will be on them when I feel appropriate this year also. Let's kill it this season.
