Ducks, Bruins Flakiest of the top NHL teams. Ducks=GONE, Are Bruins next?
The Anaheim Ducks ended their 2013 season with an abysmal effort, pretty like we saw throughout the season when they lost to lesser teams with ease and left us scratching our heads. The Ducks were thought to be the team to face the Blackhawks in the Western conference finals. But the Ducks although an elite team, were one of the flakiest teams in the NHL lingering at the top. They lost to a Red Wings team that has a huge hockey culture but barely made it to the playoffs. The Ducks were clearly the better team and when it counted for the final game to move on to the next round, the Ducks lost on their home ice. The Bruins are still in the playoffs and like the Ducks they are another top team that is extremely unpredictable and flaky. You never no what your gonna get from the Bruins. There is no reason they should now be facing elimination by the Maple Leafs, especially on a back to back. The Bruins have proven all season that they don't deserve to be -200 and -220 at which both of those huge odds they lost against the Leafs. Now they are sitting right around -180(again too high) on home ice. Are the Bruins follow the Ducks out of the postseason next? What's your predictions?

Like the value for Toronto tonight. Especially with Bostons lack of offense last few games

Yes. Bruins offense is horrendous and Rask is not looking like the unstoppable force for the most part of the season. Rask breakdown is what truly is exposing the Bruins at this point. Although it goes against logic, it may have been best to put Anton in net yesterday and if the already tired looking Bruins lost , they could return home and have a fresher Rask facing Reimer going into a back to back. An upset may be in the making.

Ducks were barely favorites for the series even with home ice.

        Books knew.

        Bruins completely different story.

Yes,but the Bruins have been favorites the entire season and yet were are playing in a game 7, that must account for something. For the Bruins to be 200+ favorites twice in the series on lose both of those chalk heavy games just goes to show their inconsistency of their play. At the most the Bruins should have won the series 4-1, they shouldn't be in this position.
