Does anyone know how to calculate the winning probability from the goal difference given by the Sagarin NHL ratings? For example, Sagarin predicts Pittsburgh by 1.34 goals tonight over the Islanders. How do I come up with an accurate winning probabilty from the 1.34 goals? Thank you.
