Sites that allow Playoff Series Parlays?

I was looking for betting on parlays for series prices. My two regular sites, pinnacle sports and bodog, don't offer the option to parlay series prices, only individual bets. Also, I'm preferrably looking for a site that allows InstaD for the first deposit.

I've noticed 5Dimes does allow parlays on series, but they don't allow InstaD for the first deposit, and I preferably don't want to deposit by CC.

So is there any other trusted sites that allow series parlays?

And unlike Bookmaker, 5dimes will let you parlay +/-1.5 and +/-2.5 runlines with each other too!

Oh yea and 5dimes lets you bet NBA Finals matchups such as Heat vs Clippers , etc. I don't know why Bookmaker is so limited.
