Need Advice from experienced hockey cappers.
Hi guys, This is my first year looking at hockey and I have been following the posts in this forum, especially the daily best bets, but rarely post. I was hoping to get some feedback from those who have been following hockey for a while about a particular strategy. I was thinking of doing a two team parlay with the biggest favorites for a given day provided the payout of the parlay was 1 unit or more for 1 unit bet. I back tested this strategy to the beginning of this season and so far it is 34-28, and since the parlay wins seem to average about 1.3 units per win that gives us a pretty good profit. Now I realize this is no where near a statistically significant number of plays, and was wondering if you feel the favorites covering this year are pretty much on par with previous years and if this strategy could hold some promise. Thanks in advance for any input.

As a general rule, one should skip parlays for all wagering.
