I respect line moves in the NFL, NBA, CBB, CFB. The NHL is not an efficient market.

    You're right p
I dont bother w NHL line movement, dont even look at it really. Doubt there's a lot of heavy NHL money coming in, well definitely not in comparison to the other major sports anyhow.

Ps--pm me a Cbb play every now & then!

I always tell people if you're a line movement junkie don't bet NHL.

The NHL is the least corrupt and tough market to beat with line moves alone.

Look at the PIT over tonight it dropped from -140 to -122, 5 mins before puck drop and it's already gone over 15 mins into the 2nd

I still think keeping an eye on sharper books through the day and before 1st drop can be very helpful. Nothing is a "lock". But it's something not to bet against. It filters out some of the garbage for me.

I think a lot of gamblers get frustrated with the NHL, because they look at the juice and assume that it indicates the likelihood of that team winning. The price you pay does not reflect a team's chance to win, but it reflects the public's perception of that team's chances.
