Florida is just so bad, its crazy. Sell every player over 30+ and rebuild Oliers style. Lose 3 seasons in a row, get first draft pick. On the last season, trade your first draft pick for a top 2 d-men. Buy 4 free agents (3 TOP 2 line forwards, 1 Top 4 D-men)
