Question about KHL betting

I have a guy wanting to bet over 4.5 in the Salavat UVA game. How does this work with regards to regulation/OT/shootout? Does all of it count? Usually pinnacle specifies on top if its regulation only.

I assume pinnacle is always regulation only unless otherwise stated? That's why it says OT Included for NHL?
