Hello all, just want to post my picks for tonight as I feel there is a lot of value and good picks for tonight.
All odds are with my local book.
New York Islanders ML (-135)
Toronto is on their second game of a b2b after having lost to Mtl last night, 5-2. Won't be an easy game for either team, but I will take a rested Islander team over the Leafs. Ben Scrivens put up 40 something saves last night vs Montreal, so I would expect him to be a bit tired as he was well worked last night.
New Jersey Devils/Winnipeg Over 5.5 (+127)
With Brodeur out of the net and Hedberg in for NJ, the over is the play for me since Hedberg has let in 9 goals in the past 2 game, and I see this going over since NJ is out for revenge and Winnipeg is fighting to win a home game, as they haven't won at home in the past 3.
Tampa Bay Lightning ML (+132)
Mr. Stamkos is both point leader and leading goalscorer and his team is sporting a comfortable 9-9-1 record, while Rangers have been slumping as of late. I expect Tampa to shine as they are rather healthy compared to the Ranger's roster, which is plagued with injuries. 2 of the Ranger's 8 wins this season have come vs the Lighting, so I expect the Lightning to be in NY looking for some revenge.
Good luck, there may be more plays for tonight's late games.
