lets face it he wont get them back to the finals. i do agree this team is not that good but i dont think the players respond to his message anymore.

Not agreeing with the injury aspect of this at all.
Marc-Andre Bourdon- is a profession Phantom, not a flyer
Chris Pronger - should say "retired", his injury happened a year ago and a suitable replacement SHOULD have been acquired by now
Matt Walker - please .. this guy isnt any better then whos playing now
Michael Leighton - read between the lines, Leighton was "injured" about 4 hours of playing in his one and only game and giving up 5 or 6 goals to a hapless Toronto team, he's about a "injured" as Pronger is to be "coming back"
There's a few reasons to the Flyers demise, the major one is Holgren wasnt able to land an A list FA (Parise, Shea Weber, etc) They let Jarg walk based on salary cap and never landed anyone decent.
Their roster is filled with players who are "almost there" but not quite ... Courtier / Shenn / Simmonds. This team has been gutted of its heart and backbone by getting rid of good players Richards / Carter / JVR for Almost players
Philly has played the revolvong door for coaches for the past 20 years, I do believe they keep Lavy and make several trades to upgrade this team for the rest of the seasonComment -
