You are dead on, fade the STARS, LA WILL POUND THEM....I had to change my thinking after I said UNDER, I noticed EVERYONE was taking that bet so I parlayed DAL and CHI OVERS. You can call me crazy, but when I see a unanimous pick it loses most of the time, like 90%. Right now I can'y get a DAL line, they might be starting rook goalie, a lot of trade talk too, dumping veterans, Jagr, Roy, Morrow, etc.

this team is quitting, fade them heavily....

Add to that several pro forma's I was working on and I hardly had time to breathe. Didn't do well in picks last night but I somewhat expected that. Didn't do much research at all and didn't like any of the games (hence why all my bets were small). Went a big 0-fer last night SU, and stars you are absolutely right, when everyone is going one way, it's time to take the other side. Good call! I knew a day like this was coming and I'm just glad it came on a day when I wagered very little as opposed to the previous 3 nights where I've had $500 or more on the line.

Some fun facts for ya'll... LA has gone 4-2 against teams on the second leg of a B2B. Those two losses came when the Kings are on the road. The Kings are 4-0 when playing at home against a team coming off a B2B. The Stars are 1-4 in B2B situations this year, their only win coming against the Blue Jackets. Teams coming off a road loss and playing on the road again the next day have lost the 2nd game 58% of the time.

The Kings also average 3.47 GPG at home and have a 2.0 GAA at home. They lost to the stars last time but the stars were on 3 days rest. The stars look absolutely terrible right now and I think they fold against the Kings. Quick in goal scares me a bit but he played well his last outing so hopefully it continues tonight. Once Dallas announces it's starting goalie I will be laying money on this game, likely big on the Kings.
