I still have faith Kassian will turn out to be a good power forward and word on the street was that Hodgson requested a trade anyways. Hodgson is talented no doubt but he's getting top line minutes and PP time so naturally his numbers will be huge. Kassian was on pace with CoHo in goals until his demotion. AV is a retard for moving Kassian off the top line with the Sedins. He will killing it and provided some protection for anyone who took shots at the Sedins. But as always it only lasted so long until he returned Burrows there once again. The Sedins are slow anyways there really is no use for Burrows on that line. Kassian was playing with confidence and burying goals with them. That was mistake one.
Mistake two was first off not having Garrison on the right point on the PP. It's where he is used to playing and where he can unload his bomb on the PP on his off wing. For some unknown reason it was like AV was honoring "seniority" and not allowing Garrison to bump another guy from his side. It was pretty clear Garrison was not comfortable on the left side and he was pressing badly trying to impress his teammates/fans. Then AV demotes him from the PP completely. Just boggles my mind the lack of common sense he has some times.
The Malhotra thing was clearly not health related either. I can understand where Gillis is coming from let's be honest Malhotra is little more than a faceoff specialist. It was a dick move for sure but it's the nature of the business. His leadership for sure seems to be the thing the Nucks are missing the most. Someone needs to man up and call out the team and light a fire under everyone's ass for sure. Schneider displayed his frustration a few weeks back but other than that it's the same old cookie cutter answers from everyone.
Gillis really should have moved Luongo when he allegedly had "a trade in place." I don't know what he is expecting to get back honestly. He should be happy with a second line centre and a 3rd-4th round draft pick. They may end up releasing him this summer for nothing anyways.

Ya I hear ya with the kassian situation, I wish they got more for hodgson tho. Kassian is still another year away from his potential. I think they see bertuzzi in this guy, I sure hope so anyways.
You need all the pieces to make this team work. I hope gillis does something big soon because time is running out fast. We can't move luongo because of his contract. Almost impossible. Why would u want to get rid of him anyways. He would be well rested by now. I honestly think van is playing schnider to trade him, I don't think a lot of people see it. You have to. I can't see how New Jersey is banging at the nucks door right now for schnider. We need another centre bad. Why is it anyways that van always trades with buff and Florida? Goes back to the Alexander mogilny days. Lol we could sure use him between the Sedins. Trade schnider for huberdeau haha that would be killer. It sucks man there's no way van can go thru another rebuild, something huge has to be done at the very latest this off season. Or gillis will be with Burke out by the burn barrel. I think luongo will be fine if we keep him an trade schnider he still deserves to be #1. Let luongo mentor Eddie.
If we can get Kessler primed for playoffs 1 solid centre and a big leadership guy like a alfredsson or anyone who's been around really I think we would be great. I'm almost positive the mambo tea situation hurt a lot of guys on the team. They probably see him at the rink all the time. I believe Gillis was a lawyer at one point as well.......Comment -

kmc i'm with ya on the sens. For such a quality team at home, I think +130 or +140 is a great price. Boston is playing great but Sens havn't looked THAT bad recently. They did lose 4 of 5 but not a single loss was by 2 goals or more. Been keeping these games close. Took Boston to OT last time, think they can do it again here.
Boston's record at against OTT scares me though. Think they've won 10 of the last 11. I may lay off the ML. Was looking at the U5 and the TT U2.5 for both, esp OTTComment
