[McDabs]

This will be the thread I use throughout this NHL season, and as always I have high hopes to what should be a prittay interesting few months. All my plays will be documented and Ill be sticking to (1x) unit plays, mostly on sides with a few totals as I feel this will be my backbone for money management this season. Excited for a fresh start boys, lets get this pound town express rollin'

Well boys I got a little too excited adding New York and Phoenix late to my card... Should of stuck with the original 3 but still positive at the end of the day so all is good.

New York played very poor IMO last night, not being able to control the puck at all, and having a poor power play unit. Hoping Vokoun gets the job tonight and the Pens take advantage of a sloppy NYR team at the moment.

I think I've finally found a good capper to start following! How have your previous hockey season gone? What are your goals for this season?

Thanks Semper but its still a little early on to tell how the rest of the season will play out... Always have done well with hockey but this is my first season where I'll be tracking all plays at (1x) so excited to see how this style turns out.

Hard to watch this Bruins game go into OT, hit about 5 posts so far that killed the 1.5 PL...

Good to hear Vegas, think they have a good chance to jump on a tired Detroit team early and really like their power play unit especially with Jagr on the ice and +145 is great value IMO and wouldn't be surprised to see this line around +125/130 or so closer to game time. Hope to cash this "big" dog with you tomorrow

Dallas down to +110 and Minnesota -150... Always good to get picks in early boys, already waiting for tomorrows lines

Pittsburg (-210) v Toronto (1x)

Thought this line would open around -200, and I'm willing to squeeze the juice in this situation. Pens first home game (aka THE CROSBY SHOW) against a weary Toronto team should end with a 3-0 start for Pittsburg. Rather lay the -210 then play the PL after watching the Bruins dominate the Jets only to win in a shootout.

Only play on Wednesdays card I like so far... one thing that jumps out is that all of the teams playing will be fresh (no B2B) so expecting these games to be too close for any value (unless playing dogs - Calgary or Columbus). Bruins Rangers will be a great game to watch but no play as of now.

+110 might not be enough for me to go against CHI... will watch the line and might play if it goes around +130 (not likely tho). First thoughts were Un5.5 seeing that both teams are playing good D as well have a great PP kill. If Dallas can keep the puck out of their net I like the chances of a 2-1 final score (either way). As always good luck with your plays Vegas..
