is playing a -1 MLB runline wasting value?

been seeing a lot of sbr members do well with these

what's your stance on the -1 runlines??

i think i remember more on this, i use google to search this site (thanks TFG), find it way better than the search here.

basically how much do u think the 1 is worth for each particular game. then compare with available lines to see which has less value.

don't listen to what others are saying your definitely losing value. in the long term your better off betting -1.5 only about 20-25% of all games end within 1 run (not mentioning which side so your team can lose by 1 run)
