    Fantasy sports
I mentioned this on the points forum the other day, but I'm spending a ton of time that used to be invested in trying to beat sports markets in looking at ways to beat fantasy games -- both seasonal, but also particularly daily/weekly formats (Think Joust, FFL, CDM Sports -- most of which can be persuaded to accept non-US). I know Justin wrote a book about football, but my focus is more on baseball (in part because I already have a player-based model for that which I think can be adapted).

What I'm asking with this post is whether (a) that fits within the remit of this forum and (b) there are others doing similar work which might be mutually beneficial for discussion.

Its def something that i've got an interest in exploring... to me as long as its math based and beating sports (both of which the fantasy stuff does) i'd say it fits in the think tank.

From the outside looking in and looking at the posters who play fantasy the most in the Players Talk Forum, these fantasy games have got to be soft. Provided the rake is beatable, these will be a nice addition to what people are already betting daily.
