    Free plays
Whats the best way to get the most value out of a freeplay? Bet it all on one game? Bet many games? Bet the same plays as I would every other day?

Basically, you want to bet it on longer odds than shorter. It's better to bet into an efficient line where you are paying the vig at +1000 than to be making a bet at -110 that wins 55% of the time.

Betting on long-odds events is the highest EV. If the site allows it, betting 3 or 4 team parlays that cover every outcome combination of 3 or 4 events (preferably all on .5s so they can't reduce) is an easy way to lock up 75%+ cash value. Betting lots of unrelated little parlays (say, a 4-teamer with dog/total in 2 MLB games)
is a little higher EV, and you don't have to worry about idiot books with stupid freeplay rules, but it's higher variance.

You should also use Ganch's free play calculator. With the proper hedge, you can recover some real money from the free play.

But there's the rub. Some sites only allow you to use the free play on -110 Sides and/or Totals, and straight bets only.

Alright, thanks for all of your suggestions...just to give you guys some background on the situation...its a $100 freeplay 3x rollover

            and rules of the book...

            Cannot be used on props
They can be used only on straight wagers, parlays and teasers.
            Ties lose
On baseball, free plays can be used for money lines and totals.

Although its only 100, I would still like to make some money off of this. Rules seem kind of strict but yea it was free so I cant complain.

Ok, so use the free play on a "hopeless" big underdog and bet the favorite in that game for real money at another book.
