Season Win Totals

Does anyone play NCAAF or NFL season win totals with the specific intent to utilize them later in the season. For example taking a team under a certain number, but if they come close, betting them to win down the line? Or are there any other good startegies like this?

Yeah. Don't do it. If you are thinking about doing it, bet less on your season-win play, and don't do it.
