I am looking for a calculator that will enable me to calculate a fair three way price based on the asian line and the total goals market in soccer. Does anyone have any idea how this would be done or where one is available?

First, create an Excel spreadsheet that takes expected goals for and goals against and calculates all the lines you are interested in. Then, use it as a foundation for the next spreadsheet that does "reverse" Poisson calculations using Excel solver. Alternatively, use the first spreadsheet and manually find the parameters, should take just a few attempts, I think.
