    Free 1/2 point
Is there any reason not to bet against every line and get almost a free 10 cents on every bet?

I get a free half point from a local from 2-3PM everday on NCAA and NBA. Is there any reason not to go down the board getting my free half point on every game?

for example today I have positions in
      CMich +13.5 -108
      But -2 -104
      NCol -4 -108
      OralRobers +5.5 -108

These are full points agains't the market, but I was wondering if there is any reason not to do this with half points.

In CBB some half points are worth slightly more than 10c and some are worth slightly less. Assuming your bookie offers -110 as standard, the free half point means you are betting at the equivalent of, more or less, no juice.

Blindly betting is not going to make you rich.

it depends. look at the half point calculator and see whether you're doing better than no vig line. if yes then bet it

not all half pts are created eqial

i would make a run with free half points at the board until one of us were out of money, but thats imo

If you are picking off numbers that are a tiny bit off-market, and getting a half-point to boot, you are likely to win long-term.
