Probably the best way to do this would be to:

1. Determine what you think the fair Washington line both at home and away should be against either opponent.
2. Convert these lines into straight up win probabilities.
3. Use my Series Win Probability spreadsheet to calculate fair series prices from these probabilities.

If you're just looking for a very rough estimate of fair value, I'd probably throw out there around +1,600 against Detroit and maybe +5,000 against Boston.
