Pinnacle is offering 6 cent lines for MLB. When the fav is -255, the dog is +237. I just want to find out the formula to calculate the dog, when you are given the moneyline for the fav.

Not positive, but I would guess you'd just do -255 * .06, and that should be the difference to the + line. It doesn't really work for. Your example. It would make the + line 240, not +237

-103 lines give you a 101.48% market (Amount taken in / amount paid out; 206/203). Solve for X when amount taken in is -255 and the theoretical hold stays the same: 355/X=101.48, X=345, Therefore three cent equivalent line would be +245.

You can get the market percentage and theoretical hold for any set of lines from the Pinnacle calculator.
