MLB, but you have to do the homework and spot the live underdogs to beat MLB; you're not winning betting the chalk in the long run, however.

"Work" is the operative word. NFL you get 18 wks x 16 shots. MLB/NHL/NBA have seasonal/emotional quirks. 6 months of 182/82/82 games x 24-30 opportunities will wear down even the best average bettor. So, for the majority NFL.

In my heyday, it was Greyhound racing. On average 10 cards, 12-15 races per card. It consumed me and thus I had a major advantage over 99.5% of my Pari-Mutual competition.

Agreed, BUT information is SO important. Back in my day you could crush CF. In the 70's I pounded the IVY league because often I had as much or more info as LV. Now information is everywhere and so easily attainable. In general I agree.

I’d lean MLB, mainly because of the volume and variance. With so many games, pitching matchups, travel spots, and lineup changes, there are more chances to find mispriced lines especially with underdogs and live betting. That said, none are truly “easy.” Any edge comes from specialization, discipline, and doing the work rather than the sport itself.
