    How to make synthetic parlay?
I have a bookie with good prices, though he doesn't accept parlays.
Often, I would like to play parlay for the matches that begin at the same time.
Is there any way to do it artificially, even by combining some other sportsbook?

Only if he accepts "if bets," which I doubt he does if he doesn't accept parlays. You could do it with another book that accepts "if bets," however. Simply min bet one event and then bet your wager+win of that event on the "if bet" leg (assuming the book allows this). But what's the point of using your local if you're just going to be using another book anyway?

No, the book doesn't allow if bets either.
But, an interesting way of doing it. Thanks MonkeyF0cker.

Maybe just use him for your straight plays. Do you have local parlay sheets assessible?

Sure, I use the book for the straight plays. No parlay card.
