How to calculate Asian Handicap Odds based on 1x2 odds?

I am trying to convert the H/D/A odds for a gme into Asian Handicap odds.
Let's take the Manchester Derby as an example:

1X2 Odds are:
Man Utd --> 4.33
Draw --> 4.00
Man City --> 1.92

at Oddsportal I see the Asian Odds as:
Man Utd -0.5 --> 4.05
Man City +0.5 --> 1.29

Man Utd +0.5 --> 2.07
Man City -0.5 --> 1.9

My question is: if I don't have Asian Odds offered. How can i calculate them based on the 1X2 odds?
