When does pinnacle increase limits?

Does anyone know how I can find out what time of the day Pinnacle increases limits on certain markets?

For instance, when do they increase limits on MLB MLs? Run lines? Totals?

Or if anyone knows the answer to that question for other books (BetCris, 5Dimes, BookMaker), that would be helpful, also.
