Small sample size. Plus, half those games took place 10+ years ago.

This is a part of the reason why I'm betting on the Pats. IMO gamblers are overreacting to a small number of high profile games and incorrectly skewing the line toward the Eagles.

data set blablabla - it will be milllions of bets just on the sheer fact of this commonly used stat.

bookies would never set a minus 4.5 line on pats if they werent sure they would blow out the opponent - stats have nothing to do with this particular game and this combination of players.

Name of the team doesnt matter - a group of players in 2002 is totally different from ones of 2018, how does wearing a same jersey help?
