Correlated Plays In NBA ?

Do any books not allow favorite and over parlays in NBA.
Like Sixers And Over. I usually dont play teasers or Parlays. But im seeing something with the sixers that I like at home.
My local has stopped big favs with the over. Anyone seen a book tHat has fav and over or dog and Under listed as coorelated in NBA and there for off the board ?

Never heard of a Book refusing an NBA parlay because the line and total were too correlated. Makes no sense.
