How many years should you back test a system to feel confident in it? Currently halfway through testing two systems and went back 5 years to the 09/10 season.

Five years is good, especially if it's the NHL because there are so many games

Sounds good. Almost wrapped up 5 years now. May go back 10 years during off season. The more the better, I guess.
