    Asian handicap in multi-bet forms
    Hello,

I tried to search this one but it seems I'm not using the right keywords.

I'm new to Asian handicap and I'm interested in the formula to calculate a multi-bet form where there's an Asian handicap involved.

For example, in a simple multibet form like this:

    bet1: 1x2 odd: 2
    bet2: O/U odd: 2.5
    bet3: DrawNoBet odd: 3

    Multibet final odd: 2 * 2.5 * 3 = 15

Now for the bet3, if the match draws, I can simply void bet3 by removing its odd:

    Multibet final odd: 2 * 2.5 = 5

What I'm having trouble with is to how to deal with an Asian handicap.

Now if instead of bet3 above, we put Asian Handicap -0.25 and the game draws, how does it affect the multibet form?
If it was a single-bet form, half of the stake would be refunded.

Could someone please show me some formula or a link explaining this?

    Thanks for your time

Half a bet is multiplied with 0.25 part discarded.

    0.5(stake)*2*2.5-1(stake)=1.5

However before you start arbing, DNB is not the same as -0.25 and they have different odds.
I would estimate 3.5 for -0.25 where dnb 3.0, so you win more with AH by bet three winning and less by a draw.

        Thanks for the reply.

The odds are just numbers to make up an example.

If it was +0.25, would this one be correct? (just simply half the AH odds, right?)

        0.5(stake) * 3 * 2 * 2.5 = 7.5

for -0.25 I don't think I got the -1(stake) part at the end.

Could you please go for this one as well?

        bet1: 1x2 odd: 2
        bet2: O/U odd: 2.5
        bet3: AH -0.25 odd: 3
        bet4: AH -0.25 odd: 4

Let's say both AH games draw.

        Thanks in advance!

Heh I think I got the -1(stake) one. I just applied it to a single-bet and it made sense.

          So for the latter example:

          2 * 2.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 (stake) - 1(stake) = 0.25

If I'm missing something please let me know

            Correct, 0.25 is the profit.

Thank you very much! It was actually so simple. I made a big deal out of it.
