With NBA coming up, I thought I'd share the chart I use to successfully middle NBA sides and totals. The first column shows the difference in spread/total, and the second column shows how often that middle hits. For example, if you have Team A -2 -110 and Team B +5 -110 [both for 1u], according to the charts you have a 24.41% chance of hitting the middle for a +EV of 0.41u.
