    MLB Stat Tracking
    Hey Guys

I am keeping track of stats here for MLB -> http://cap-investing.com

Question is what other stats should I keep track of? I am not going to keep track of ERA and WHIP, those can easily be accessed on ESPN and Yahoo.

I am looking for things not tracked by covers.com and teamrankings.com, you guys have any suggestions?

It's hard to give you a good answer without knowing what you intend to do. If you want to extract some more exotic stats you should probably try to build a parser for play-by-play data. Otherwise there are tons of webpages on the net (this webpage, for instance) that have tons of detailed box scores.

    Good luck

      Dam that's hella in depth.

I am just looking to keep track of stats and trends.

For NBA, I had MEM 3Q under and that hit at a dramatic rate in the last 2 months of the season.

I know covers has stats, I'm trying to cover stats that they don't have.
