What would be the fair price (juice) to pay for of 0.5 point in College Hoops?

It costs generally 10 cents to buy half point and on Pinny it seems to be even more (between 10 and 13 cents).

I think it is not EV+ to buy points but if I can have a better line for less than 10 cents, would you take it? Per example if team A is +10.5 -103 on 5dimes and I can have it at +11 -110 at another book?

you could derive it yourself and take total pts into account etc.

or you can just blindly trust the half-point calculator. The latter is probably good enough
