I think people were saying Bama had a superior defense and USC had a superior offense. Could be a great game if they both make it to Miami.

Simple. I watched them play. Don't get me wrong, they are a very good team. There is no reason why they should have been ranked ahead of bama.

I do agree with that. Just sounded like you were saying they weren't a worthy team. Would like to see SC and bamers play in miami

Not at all. USC is all around solid and they have a few individual superstars. I have no doubt that we will see them in at least a BCS bowl this winter. They have a good shot to run the table and end up at the national championship. I just think that a lot of stock was put into Barkley returning. He is one of the best QB's in the nation, no question. I just don't believe one player makes a team.
