You will all be surprised by Georgia's speed today at both ends of the field and the strong arm of Stafford. Mike Richt has this team ready for a year. When all the squares bet on Florida against a team they lost handily last year with a lesser Georgia squad you know they only logical play is to hammer Georgia for the max.

Just a note for you, the Georgia/Flordia game is played annually in Jacksonville, which is a (semi) neutral field.

Jacksonville is about as non nuetral as you can get for this game.
The game should either be swicthed from both schools home field or swicthed b/t Atlanta/ Jacksonville. Do you think Meyer would agree to have the game in Atlanta as a nuetral field? Hell no he wouldnt.

The safest bet in this game is the over IMO. Theres gonna be alot of big plays which leads to scoring.

If I were you I'll tease them down to -0.5 with South Carolina +0.5, I think the Gators win, but I don't know about the cover. Same deal with South Carolina, who lost by 3 in overtime last year in Tennessee even though they had 3 turnovers and fell behind 21-0. I think they also win but they might only do so by a fieldgoal.

The game is neutral in that half the attending fans are GA and half are Florida. That is the only neutral thing about it. The distance from Gainsville to Jacksonville is 56 miles. The distance from Athens to Jacksonville is 279 miles.

Guys this game is bigger than the Red River Shootout between Oklahoma and Texas played annually in Dallas (a neutral field)

Havent you heard of "The worlds largest outdoor cocktail party"? Thats the GA/Fla annual game played in Jacksonville. These 2 teams are each others biggest rival.

FSU is Florida's biggest rival by far. I have lived in Florida before. There is no comparison.

Georgia has basically given Florida 21 points and the refs have given them 14. Florida came to play, but bad play calling, bad officiating, and poor execution by Georgia certainly helped. Georgia can never catch a break against these guys
