Because They return 19 starters from last years squad. As well that Tennessee Defense is good.

Granted, NC St has one of the top QB's in the country in Glennon and has a talented back field. That being said I like Tennessee at -3, but not at the -3.5 that it currently sits. I like the NC St Tease as well, but will not be betting it.
