One thing you have to know about Beamer is that when it gets tight in the second half...he plays it by the vest and doesn't blow people out. That's why they have underachieve year in and year out.

I have still have yet to make a bet. Every year I go nuts the first weekend in start in a hole.

Keeping tally in my head, I would be 2-2 right now.

I think my first bet should be Illinois -10 for obvious reasons. I also like Ohio and Youngstown State. I am a little bit biased toward Ohio though. Their starting RB and QB are both from Norman, OK. I'll probably just start with Illinois and go from there.

I liked Ohio and Youngstown state as underdogs on the road last week, didn't play them, and both won easily.

I also like Pitt on the road tonight even though I didn't like them last week at home against a 1AA team. Do I play Pitt? It seems stupid but I have a feeling people are going to get buried backing Cincy tonight.

I looked at Oregon State but Wisconsin struggled last week and I feel like that plays a role in the public's perception that laying a td on the road may be risky. Of course they are still ranked vs non ranked....
