Eastern Michigan @ Ball State: Anybody got a handle on this game?

Two mediocre programs that finished-off last season with .500 records - the only edge I see in this game is Ball state is at home. The line has stayed at -3 1/2 as far as I've seen, am I missing anything? I may just stay away from this one.
