You know, normally I would play that but UCF seems to be falling in line with the same way they played Tulsa last year. that might be a little too steep. I still feel Tulsa will win but that -13 might be a little too steep. Maybe -10, I would go with that..

I would take this small. I feel Tulsa comes out second half and gets a quick score (they get ball first), and then shuts down UCF. UCF is only in the game because Tulsa is not taking care of the ball.
