Notre Dame TE is done

Notre Dame has reportedly suspended tight end Will Yeatman for the rest of the 2008 season after a second alcohol- related offense this year.

The South Bend Tribune reported Wednesday that Yeatman, a 20-year-old sophomore from San Diego, has been suspended by Notre Dame's residence life office from all football activities, including practice and any potential bowl
game, for the rest of the season. Yeatman's father confirmed the punishment to the Tribune.

It really won't have any impact, other than denting their depth at the position.

ND has played the last three games without him, and have enjoyed more offensive success. Their freshman TE Rudolph was already pushing him for time, and is currently 3rd on the team in receptions.
