First time poster on the forum. After analyzing this game I do find it hard to bet against the home dog, Louisville, in this game. Both teams have gotten their wins against cream puffs. I'm taking louisville because I see them being able to stay in this game with their running game against a K-state team using a undersized 3-4 defensive line.

Could be... If louisville rolls over like the kentucky game (which says alot about your program and where its at they were smashed at home against a inter- state Rival and basically just quit @ home.) If K-state comes out and punches the cards in the mouth and jumps out to a early lead I want to see how they respond. From everything i've seen of louisville's coach steve kragthorpe and his offensive staff over last year and this year when things arent going their way they arent very good at making adjustments. we'll see what happens alot of questions about both teams D's

As of lunchtime today...its still K-State (-4). I could be wrong but I think the line might drop a little w/a little late money on Louisville at home? I think Freeman will be a little too much for L-Ville but they'll be amped up of course at home in a national TV game! I was mildly shocked when I looked up K-State was 5-7 last year because I remembered the big win at Texas! I would lean Under but both teams gave up a TON of points last year as well! Smallish play for me on K-State...hopefully at 3.5?

The K-state D is much improved Louisville can forget about running the ball that front 7 is stout (Alot of Juco All Americans (Grant Valentine MLB is the truth) in the 2 deep that are mature and ready to play) All three linebacker spots are studs and solid backups.

I posted that early in the week before I actually handiapped the game, just on gut feeling alone. After looking closer, keep in mind that Kansas State hasn't played a real team yet and the Louisville defense player pretty good vs; Kentucky despite the final score. I think the Under is the best play here, but I would no longer be shocked if Louisville won outright.

Ryan trust me on this one k-state has the better defense,offense,coach,and QB (josh Freeman has a better QB rating than Graham Harrel and Chase Daniel) k-states front 7 will put pressure on Cantwell and he'll fall apart like the kentucky game. look for Cantwell to throw at least 2 picks... K-state uses a control passing game thats going to be tough for louisville to stop.

I agree with Tpowell and LT (2 good guys to follow) that the under should be a strong play here....Louisville's D will surprise tonite.... Also, the Big East is Down but wait until tommorow night when Pat White shifts back to the running attack and makes Colorado look like a clown show......IMO.....LOL....
