I'm legitimately giddy about Mondays two games.
FRESNO ST +4--- Far and away my biggest play this year!
This one seems too good to be true. Even still, I'm betting the farm (or at least the chicken coup). I can't figure out how Fresno is not only a 'dog, but by more than a FG!
Read anyone's preseason write-up and they'll all say that this is the best team Fresno has had in a long time. I've won a ton of money betting on Fresno as an away dog through the years. Pat Hill's 'anytime, anywhere' attitude is no joke. They're not intimidated by anyone.
As far Rutgers, without Rice I don't see how this team can be considered a legitimate threat. Teel is an average QB, and there are no other key weapons to scare anyone. And let's say Rutgers wins, are you telling me it's going to be by more than a FG?
Fresno St. 27-14
TENNESSEE -7
If for no other reason to bet on Tennessee, this game falls into the category of "new coach, new sysem, disasterous results"
As we saw with SMU, Texas A&M and Michigan, just because a brand new coach is good, it doesn't mean that the team will perform well out of the gate. I think Neuheisel will have success at UCLA, but with an unestablished QB, and fewer than half of the starters returning on both sides of the ball, I can't foresee UCLA putting up much of a fight here.
Tennessee does have a new QB, but with experienced rushers and receivers, they'll mow over the Bruin defense. This game on paper appears to be an absolute mismatch. TENNESSEE 38-10
I'm also parlaying these babies and betting the ML for Rutgers. Lots of money to be won this Labor Day! Good luck everyone
(4-3 this year so far)
