The spike was a coach/qb mistake...not a ref mistake. For all they know there was only 1.1 second left, but the clock isn't going to show that. Should of just ran a play, the one thing they could of been 100% positive would result in an actual chance.

i was on wiscon, i thought spiking was a terrible call. With all the coaching experience some of these guys have this should've been a hurry up play. That fumble by the receiver i say was the end to all. Onto the next game, and hopefully i'll have money for nfl saturday

He was not completing a 45 yard bomb to tie the game. Its funny how Wisky backers are so pissed off because the ref didn't give them 1 second to let them drop back throw up a bomb that would of been swatted down anyways.
