Houston has a bloated record feeding on cupcakes. Very overrated. Penn St. can match up with Houston.

match up where? they have proven they aren't scoring over 20...even on the worst of d's. you think they are holding houston under that? maybe i look dumb but i think houston thumps them like 41-20.

houston line is still higher then opening line.....I have a feeling they are feeding off everyones last minute penn st bets then will go back closer to 7 at game time.....I think this is a fake out line move.
