Penn St has a SOLID defense. This will be the best D that keenum has faced all year, yes they are the best offesnse statistically but....they play in an WEAK conference. Penn State should be able to run the ball at WILL against Houston's extremely weak defense thus keeping this high powered offense off the Field.
