Texas will win this game. They played Better offenses and played against better defenses. At UCLA they won easily while CAL lost to UCLA. PAC is weak and Big 12 is strong offensively so having the best Defense in that league says wonders. Over should hit because it should be around 17-21. I can see texas scoring 2 more times and Cal possibly once. I say Texas and 2h over only if its under 23.

We all think everyone should be all over the Under but yet being at 21, you have to think and consider that since these offenses don't move the ball, we could witness OT. Factor that in and also Defensive fumbles or INT's could factor a quick score. I think since its at 21 and not moving its a great pick. I can easily see Cal down in 4th making mistakes. 13-10 Texas in Second half
