I don't know why the total is so high when these these heavily rely on the run. I expexted the line to be anywhere in the neighborhood of 50.

The two worst passing teams in the country and they expect high scoring? Both teams have okay running defenses and that's all they will be preparing for in this game. I think both teams will try to throw slightly more than usual as I see quite a bit of 1v1 defensive coverage. The clock will be running continuously and it will only take a few defensive stops to ensure the under.

Explosive offense is difficult to come by when you're running the ball 90% of the time and the opposition knows you're going to run the ball 90% of the time.

hahhahh seriously, I got the first qtr line at -13.5 and the UNDER! The second I put it down I tried to double my money and they took it off ( I did it at last second, already had Under on whole game) but yeah thats looking good.. well both bets!
