like Navy and over. teams have a history of playing unders against one another, but both defenses are trainwrecks, and with Steelman back, Army will be able to move the ball. both defenses allow about 50% 3rd down conversions and over 6 yards per play. both rush offenses average over 5.5 yards per carry and convert 3rd downs well (Navy 47.77%, Army 44.9% even though missing Steelman for several games). Navy better disciplined and better passing team. last time this game decided by 8 points or less was 2000, and Navy has dominated series of late.
